Sue Zipkin is a versatile and innovative artist known for he unique watercolor style and colorful, playful designs, the perfect reflection of her upbeat personality and positive vision. Zipkin gains inspiration from the beauty of nature and things we don't always see with our eyes but can feel with our hearts. The mysteries of the universe and “hidden worlds” inspire her, as do the textures and patterns found on flowers, insects, and dewdrops. Whether expressing herself through a bright rainbow palette or a spectrum of soft pastels, Zipkin creates designs that bring a smile: sophisticated with a sassy bent! Based in Portland, Oregon and owned by a husband and wife team, Amber Lotus Publishing is a carbon-negative independent publisher of calendars, greeting cards, journals and coloring books.
