Returns, Exchanges & Damages
In order to serve you more efficiently we have created a page regarding our guidelines on returning, exchanging and/or reporting damages.
We are grateful for your support and will work with you to resolve the following situations that may arise with regards to items purchased from our store.
RETURNING & EXCHANGING ITEMS
Our return policy is only valid for 30 Days after your purchase.
Love Serve Remember will not refund item(s) if 30 days have gone by since your purchase and if we find any signs of wear on the items.
In order for us to be able to issue a refund or exchange the item(s); they must be returned in new condition. The item(s) must satisfy the following criteria:
- Items must not have any signs of wear
- Items must not have been altered in any way
- Items must not have shrunk or faded from washing
- Items must not have any strong odors or particles
- these include smoke, lint, human or animal hair etc.
- Items with multiple parts such as bundles and kits must be returned with all parts and components.
We will not issue a refund/exchange if we find any of the criteria listed above during our inspection.
Once we have received and inspected the item(s) we will issue a refund or exchange.
DAMAGES
Our return policy on damaged items is only valid for 30 Days after your purchase.
MAILING RETURNS & EXCHANGES
PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE WITH YOUR PACKAGE:
- Order Number
- Packing Slip
- Indicate whether it's an exchange or return.

Love Serve Remember does not offer return shipping postage on items at this time. The donor will be responsible for postage.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Love Serve Remember will not be held responsible for any lost items.
